30-Day Free Trial Return Policy
We have a 30-day free trial return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you try the product and decide it is not right for you.
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day free trial policy, the return must be based on personal satisfaction with the product. This policy is intended for customers who tried Elara Skin and did not like the product or did not feel it was the right fit for their routine.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been broken, damaged after delivery, misused, heavily emptied, tampered with, or returned for reasons unrelated to product satisfaction. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@elaraskin.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged during shipping, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damage caused after delivery, including accidental breakage, improper handling, misuse, or storage outside normal product conditions, is not covered under our 30-day free trial return policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including gift cards, promotional items marked as final sale, and items that have been broken, damaged after delivery, misused, tampered with, or returned without prior approval.
Because Elara Skin is a personal care product, returns are only accepted under our 30-day free trial policy when the return is based on product satisfaction. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
