Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

 


Free Shipping

Elara Skin currently offers free shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs will not be added at checkout unless otherwise stated during a special shipping arrangement or future policy update.

 


Shipping Times

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Inventory, Backorders, and Oversold Items

We do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels. However, during high-demand periods, launches, or promotional events, an item may temporarily sell out or become oversold after an order is placed.

If your order is delayed because Elara Skin is temporarily out of stock or oversold, we will still work to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

As a thank-you for your patience, if your order is delayed due to Elara Skin being out of stock or oversold, you will be entitled to receive one additional free bottle with your order once it ships.

This complimentary bottle applies only when the delay is caused by Elara Skin inventory availability or oversold stock. It does not apply to delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Elara Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elaraskin.us. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@elaraskin.us so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

Elara Skin is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other external factors, but we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues whenever possible.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@elaraskin.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging when contacting us about a damaged or incorrect order.
